Anti-Doping Education
Education is a key part of maintaining clean sport. By learning about anti-doping rules, prohibited substances, testing procedures, and athlete responsibilities, competitors can protect their health, avoid unintentional violations, and uphold fair play.
IPSC encourages athletes, coaches, and support personnel to participate in programs like WADA’s ADEL platform, which provides interactive lessons, up-to-date resources, and guidance on topics such as Therapeutic Use Exemptions (TUEs), whereabouts, and supplements.
It is strongly recommended that all International Practical Shooting Confederation athletes, coaches and other Athlete Support Personnel take the time to get educated and informed using the many available anti-doping educational tools and resources. Topic-specific resources are included as direct links within that topic, other, more general resources and materials are listed below.
Staying informed through anti-doping education ensures athletes are empowered to make safe, compliant, and ethical choices throughout their sporting careers.

WADA’s education systems aim to promote a clean sport culture by providing athletes, coaches, and support personnel with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions and uphold anti-doping principles.”
