IPSC Official Statement

Following the decision of the IOC, the IPSC Executive Council decided at the meeting in IWA Exhibition to further extend sanctions so that neither athletes nor Range Officers from IPSC Russia and IPSC Belarus will be allowed to take part in any IPSC Level III to V matches.

This decision entered into force at 15:00 CET on March 3, 2022, and it is valid until further notice.

Tras la decisión del COI, el Consejo Ejecutivo de IPSC decidió en la reunión en la Exposición IWA extender aún más las sanciones para que ni los atletas ni los Árbitros de campo de IPSC Rusia e IPSC Bielorrusia puedan participar en ningún partido de IPSC Nivel III a V.

Esta decisión entró en vigor a las 15:00 CET del 3 de marzo de 2022 y es válida hasta nuevo aviso.

IPSC Announcement – Decisions of the Extraordinary Executive Council Meeting

Dear IPSC family,

We condemn the breach of peace committed by the Russian government.

At this morning’s extraordinary Executive Council Meeting the following actions were decided:

1) That the 2023 Action Air World Shoot scheduled for Sochi, Russia is cancelled.

2) That all future international matches (Level III and above) scheduled in Russia have been cancelled and have their sanctioning removed.

Condenamos la ruptura de la paz cometida por el gobierno Ruso.

En la reunión extraordinaria del Consejo Ejecutivo de esta mañana se decidieron las siguientes acciones:

1) See cancela el Action Air World Shoot 2023 programado para Sochi, Rusia.

2) Todas las competencias internacionales futuras (Nivel III y superior) programadas en Rusia han sido canceladas y se les ha quitado la sanción

Dear IPSC Regional Directors,

Dear IPSC Friends,

I would like to congratulate you with the successful conducting of the first online IPSC General Assembly 2021.

I would like to congratulate the following Regions with the final acceptance: Georgia, India and Kyrgyzstan. I would like to congratulate Saudi Arabia with a provisional acceptance for one year. Welcome to the IPSC family and good luck with the developing IPSC in your Regions.

The IPSC Competition Rules ‐ September 2021 Interpretations and the IPSC Competition Rules ‐ October 2021 Interpretations was ratified. You may find them at the ipsc.org

The IPSC Executive Council decision to permit the use of IPSC Micro Targets in IPSC Rifle, PCC and Action Air matches up to, and including, Level III for evaluation purposes, was ratified.

The IPSC Executive Council decision to approve two new IPSC PCC Divisions (PCC Optics and PCC Iron) for evaluation purposes for a period of one year, was ratified.

There were 2 bids for conducting Rifle World Shoot 2024. Majority of the Regions voted for Finland.

Argentina won a bid to host LATAM Handgun Championship 2024.

We are looking forward to attending these matches as well as other Level IV-V matches in the upcoming years.

Next General Assembly is to be hosted in Thailand in conjunction with Handgun World Shoot XIX.

Estimados Directores Regionales de IPSC,
Estimados amigos de IPSC,

Me gustaría felicitarles por la exitosa conducción de la primera Asamblea General en línea de IPSC 2021.

Me gustaría felicitar también a las siguientes Regiones por la aceptación final: Georgia, India y Kirguistán. Me gustaría felicitar a Arabia Saudita por su aceptación provisional durante un año. 
Bienvenidos a la familia IPSC y buena suerte con el desarrollo de IPSC en sus regiones.

Se ratificaron las Reglas de Competencia de IPSC – Interpretaciones de Septiembre de 2021 y las Reglas de Competencia de IPSC – Interpretaciones de Octubre de 2021. Puede encontrarlas en ipsc.org

Se ratificó la decisión del Consejo Ejecutivo de IPSC de permitir el uso de IPSC Micro Targets en IPSC Rifle, PCC y Action Air hasta, e incluyendo, Nivel III para propósitos de evaluación.

Se ratificó la decisión del Consejo Ejecutivo de IPSC de aprobar dos nuevas Divisiones de IPSC PCC (PCC Optics y PCC Iron) con fines de evaluación por un período de un año.

Hubo 2 ofertas para realizar Rifle World Shoot 2024. La mayoría de las regiones votaron por Finlandia.

Argentina ganó la candidatura para albergar el Campeonato LATAM de Armas de Mano 2024.

Esperamos poder asistir a estas competencias, así como a las demás de Nivel IV-V en los próximos años.

La próxima Asamblea General se celebrará en Tailandia junto con Handgun World Shoot XIX.
